Paypal autorization code

I didnt exactly see it but my dad has a problem

Anyways, paypal sent a code to my dad, but when my dad clicks to view it, it says something about authorization

Sorry for the lack of details but my dad only told me this much =/


NOTE: it was either when my dad clicked to view the code or when he clicked to input the code
