Homebrew PCSX ReARMed crash when loading core/bios New3DS XL 11.5

On firmware 11.5.0-38 U/the latest Luma CFW, this emulator will crash when I try to initialize the bios
(SCPH-1001.bin) before selecting a game. The error message reads,

"An exception occurred

Processor: ARM11 (core 0)
Exception type: prefetch abort"

Also, if someone has PCSX ReARMed working on their New3DS XL, does the game Revelations: Persona
run at a decent speed? The Super Nintendo-esque graphics (see below) shouldn't be too demanding compared with something like Crash Bandicoot 2, which seems "okay" from the following video.

Did you upgrade for arm9lh to b9s? If so then from what I've read in other posts, I think the only version that will work for you is 1.3.3.

That error is a luma error you could try using bootctr9 to run luma 7.1 if youre trying to get past that part. I dont think the emulator really runs that will to begin with though
