Misc Playing original games online on hacked 3DS

Hi, recently i have bought a 3DS and decided to install CFW on it (i haven't done it yet). I'm creating a topic because I couldn't find an answer.

Straight to the point: Is it safe to play original games I have normally bought and I have carts for them online (without cheating)? Would I get banned for using CFW?
In my case I just need custom firmware to test some games before I buy these and somehow modify my 3DS via custom themes. I still plan to buy all the games from Pokemon series and I want to normally use Pokemon Bank etc. without fear about getting banned.

You can play online without any problems.

Just don't use real-time cheats and (in the case of Pokemon) heavily modified save games.

I had the same fear as you when I was looking to install CFW and do all that fun stuff. I spent weeks researching it because even though people were saying it was fine, I was still paranoid that it would happen lol. But I have been playing games online without any issues after installing CFW. So everyone was correct, you are completely safe. Just don't do anything stupid like people mentioned above.

You are safe using cias, don't use cheats or patches online, only flashcard users will have ban risks IMHO, I've never gotten banned on my n3ds with cfw
