NO, you shut up. You automatically assume that the new Pokemon are fake w/o doing any research. You say that you generate fake scans. I was thinking for a sec that YOU made that scan.

They DON'T look legit. As said, look at the shadows. Pokémon usually have just a black circle underneath. Now, they have an exact copy (albeit stretched) of the Pokémon's sprite.

And the sprites don't look too good.

No they don't have a black circle underneath. Look at Zoroark and other Pokemons' sprites in earlier scans. It has a shadow of its sprite on the ground, not a black circle. The black circles are in D/P/Pt/HG/SS.

Real or not, the spider looks like a digimon. In my opinion, they do look real actually. We'll have to see though. September leaks seem a bit early unless they put their times as the next month like some magazines do.
