ROM Hack Pokemon Black 2 (enhanced for DSi) breaks down

Hi there!

I am not sure if this is the right section - but I've got a problem. I would like to play Pokemon Black 2 in Japanese on my DSi. Now here is the thing: This game was originally designed for 3DS but the version I downloaded on my DStwo flashcard has this file enhanced for DSi. So the file is .nds. I could start the game at first, enter my name and get the introduction by the professor. But right at the moment, where I warp into this Pokemon world - I suppose the "real" beginning of the game, the screen blacks out. I really don't know what to do in this case and I'd be happy if you could leave an answer

Just as a note, the game is a DS game, so it was made for the DS, not the 3DS. Try patching the rom using this tool?
