EDIT: misspelled your name
I just copied the new version over my old v7, no problems.arogance1 said:Is there a way to repatch the game and keep the original save so I don't have to start again.
Don't want to redo 6 gyms
its simple. just patch the rom. then make sure that the rom is the same name as the .sav file.arogance1 said:Is there a way to repatch the game and keep the original save so I don't have to start again.

Great work on this loving it (still plan to buy it when it comes outgreen_panda said:I click "apply patch" in xDelta GUI and it says it cannot find the xdelta.exe file, when it's clearly there in the same folder. Should I just click "continue" or is there another way?
Wait, v7 or V9?arogance1 said:Yeah, just tested and the save works, although all caught pokemon still have their old Jap names.
They appear ok in Pokedex though

Sounds like the Anti-Piracy kicking in. You have to re-apply Anti-Anti-Piracy for whatever card you have. (get latest firmware or rudolph's patch).

Well it translates more, but for now it's main purpose is to insert the official localized names (Tsutarja -> Snivy, Isshu->Unova). Because of this I'm sticking with v7.Team Fail said:There's a V9? Since when? XP
How much is translated? I just got to Raimon/Nimbasa City and I'm starting to find Japanese now.

Mirror. Feel free to share it.
Confirmed working, like a charm. I will be using this from now on. Looks more complete than KazoWar's English name patches.
That v9 isn't Koolayde's patch. That's a patch made by some ROM forum member known as "Tanuken" (can't link to the forum as there are ROM downloads there, which are against 'Temp rules). As of now, Koolayde's still at v8, working hard to translate lots of data (last I heard, he was translating a 500-line file).pokemonfan119 said:Schlupi said:http://filetrip.net/f23892-Pokemon-Black-W...Patches-v9.html

Thank you, v9 is working perfectly.
Just wondering, where and how in the world are you guys finding out there are new versions of the patches which are being continued by Koolayde being released? o.o
I thought this thread would be updated when Koolayde released the next version, so I have been waiting for a long time now lol. xD
I can't wait until the final version is released so I can start playing the game without any interruptions, errors, or worrying about the patch updates.
