1) tinfoil is a homebrew app, not a payload. as for how to launch it, i only know how to do it on a switch. im not even sure if emulators can launch homebrew. thats something your gonna have to look into. but to uninstall a game/update/dlc, go to installed. hover over a game and press Y (i think, dont remember off the top of my head) then press X (i think, dont remember off the top of my head), uninstall the update, then repeat all that but instead of uninstalling something, press X for reset required verison (i think its version, i dont remember. its been awhile) then your full downgraded.
2) not sure how it works, i just know that if your wanting to downgrade a game after uninstalling an update, you gotta use this feature. you can look into the code of goldleaf to see what it does exactly.
3) cant provide info, its against the rules
dont forget that these code makers have lives outside of this. to warn ya, we already lost a lot of great code creators thanks to that kind of entitled behavior, and not everyone does update their codes. so dont expect it

Hey everyone, I want to thank whoever is working on these cheats first, that's a lot of work and thank you for helping the community.
I just wanna point out that the Chain Count code doesn't work properly for me as I am playing on an Emulator (Ryujinx since Yuzu doesn't support cheats well and they never work), once I encounter a first Pokémon that I keep chaining it works perfectly fine (even though the count is stuck at 99), but when I'm done with that Pokémon and I try to encounter a new one, I get stuck on a white screen while the music is playing still. I checked while the codes are active, without activating my Pokéradar and encountered many different Pokémon in the wild with no issue. I also tried every code I am using by itself to see which code is the root of this issue, and only the Chain code was responsible for it. Which means that the Chain Counting code has an issue being activated for a second encounter, while it's already been activated prior to that encounter (this is a wild guess but I think the count gets stuck at 99 even after losing the chain, so when you encounter a different Pokémon the game is stuck).
If there's any possible way to fix this I would be very grateful.
I also read someone was looking for the Chain Counter x99, here's the code since the one provided in the main file is x40 :

A lot of these already exist/is made redundant by other codes. For example, "~Buying items adds money instead of removing money.", you can just max your money whenever you need money, same with "~Jump over edges from both directions.", that's just walk through walls, and again, "~No wild encounters.", you can just activate max repel and use my cheat that sets the amount of steps to be 1000 and just press the activation button whenever you've been walking for a bit (or just chaange the amount to be 2000 or 5000, whatever suits you).
For things like, "~Running shoes from the start." and "~Bike from the start.", they're trivial to do in pkhex. Also with pkhex, you can just give yourself the starters, pokerus and mix iv/evs while you're there.
Instant text speed has already been tested and is broken, it screws with the games scripting causing freezes. If you want stuff to be faster, there's a mod on gamebanana that increases the entire game speed or one that increases battle speed only.
Unlock all fly codes exists and is (at the time of writing) updated, so is Infinite PP.
The main page has listed all of the codes that exist here and what version they're updated to.
