ROM Hack Pokemon Emerald Clock fix patch

i long ago i founded in this forum a fix for the pokemon emerald (u) clock, it works perfectly and i think it get lost when the forum was repair, since a i dont see somebody posted again, i gonna put it here, the zip file contains the clock fix and a hack for edit the clock in the game anytime you want in the Pokemon Center, i dont remember who did this patch, so i anyone could tell me for give the credits, if the patch is still here, please delete this thread
