If you're talking about Star Sapphire and Rutile Ruby, that's the intention of it, that every Pokemon is "legit", so you should be fine there. :D The only thing which was changed with encounters in that hack is that the DexNav Foreign exclusives can be found before receiving the National Dex.

Thanks, that's what I figured. But since in neither version I'd use edited pokemon I think I'm fine. I'd still transfer it to a legit game OR I would play the opposite game in addition so that I can grab all the pokemon.
