ROM Hack Pokemon Red VC save help

So I edited my save with Pikasav, all well and stuff. However, when i import it through SDF or JK's manager, the save is always corrupt. Even the backup that I made prior to editing says its corrupt (I opened my save bakcup in VBA with a Red rom and it works fine)

I have deleted the secure values and such, how would I go about fixing this?

Extract the save again (that will create the secure values) and don't delete the secure values when replacing sav.dat with the new one
