The funny thing is all of those different opinions are consistent with each other
An existentialist for instance would also agree there is no point trying to create meaning, but that you could, and that this makes life absurd - and therefore does philosophy even matter at all?
It's why famous existentialists have also been considered absurdists (Camus) and nihilists (Nietzsche)
