Pressing Ctrl + Return in Review Editor

Very small thing I noticed, but when editing a review, if you press Ctrl + Return for example, in the intro box, the review will save and return to the preview layout. I had previously assumed this just functioned the same as pressing the Save button at the bottom of the review, but it turns out it doesn't actually save anything that's inside the review editor itself. Only the boxes around it and any uploaded images. This might only be an issue with the HTML editor, since I can't check the BB editor myself.

Would it be possible to have the Ctrl + Return behaviour fully mirror the save button behaviour? I can't imagine this being a problem for many people, but I could certainly see myself tripping up and losing progress in a review from time to time.
