Hardware problem with running the game

Hello
help Xbox one console starts and installs games,
Internet applications work
After installing the game and launching it, the console returns to the start menu

Remove the game completely from your games list via the manage option. It sounds to me like your installation is corrupt. Alternatively, you may need to update your Xbox using the Offline Updater, perhaps there's some corruption of the OS itself if the problem is repeatable with other applications. To be fair though, many games won't launch until the update is installed, so before taking drastic measures be sure to check your queue.
