ps 4 on firmware 9.00 graphics glitch then error code CE-34878-0

hello..on my ps4 when i play any game for about 5 minutes the graphics will start to glitch then i get the error ce-34878-0.i have tried everything that has been surgested on the internet like a new hard drive but nothing seems to work.could it be the graphics chip on the motherboard.thanks

If it doesn't happen while you're in the main menu for 10 minutes, then it might be something overheating.
Is the fan spinning or might it be clogged with dust?

In a rare situation, the connection between the APU (that is the CPU and GPU in 1 package) might have come loose.
When you use if for a while, the APU heats up and disconnects some datalines from the motherboard.
Did you already try to adding washers to the clamp that holds down the APU?


A good repairshop can fix these kinds of issues if the trick with the clamp doesn't work but it might not be cheap.
