Hardware Ps vita draining battery after turned off help needed

i thought at first that it was a battery problem and replaced battery ,i fully charged the ps vita and played for 5 min and turned off the next dayt battery was drained again to zero ,has anyone has an idea ? it is the first model and warranty doesnt exist. there should be a solution
