I haven't played my copy for years. However, there is fun to be had with it.
- Flying car code is just ****ing fun
- Riot code and Pedestrians have guns code is great as well. Trying that as a challenge from the start in a GTA game and seeing if you can finish with those active (and no other codes) makes the game much harder. Or easier when a granny with a rocket launcher takes out the target and does your job.
- Finding spots to Hell / underside of the game world is great. Flying under the world then going down and seeing where you pop out is great.
Shame like any game, it has its flaws. Pilot school.

I've got it on my old Xbox and PS2
Bought it off XBLive for my 360 a few months ago for 600 or 400 MSP.
I've currently achieved 100% progress on the 360 (all cheatless)
Going to complete GTA 3, VC and 4 one day...
All 100% progress and all cheatless of course.

Let my friend borrow it for ps2 and then it came back in a completely trashed condition, anyway I recently download the torrent for pc and I'm loving it all over again.
The day gets a PS2 Emulator working I will be on my laptop 24/7 (Or at least till I get the GTA games, on my PS2 of course!)
Apart from the story it was a really good game, I just wasnt so much into "[censored]" this and "Mother Fucker" that.
The gameplay however was fantastic (apart from one or 2 missions) I really enjoyed the game, so much so that because I dont own a xbox im currently downloading the game for my pc.
I found it really fun to be in the vegas part of the game and going on a mass killing spree and seeing how long I could out run the police by standing underneath the arch opposite the Chinese casino.
It censored me saying the "n" bomb
