Hardware PS4 NO HDD broken BD update

Hi,i have two PS4,one on 6.72 and second too with 6.72,but without hdd and broken BD drive,is any possible to make second PS4 working?

No the PS4 does not work without a HDD. Because the filesystem is stored on there. So change the HDD and then update via USB. The blu-ray drive is not necessary.

I know PS4 need HDD,but is there any way,to reinstall firmware with new hdd,when is BD drive broken?Or use HDD from my first PS4 (i know it will be formatted).Because when i install new hdd and try to reinstall fw,i get NO BD drive error.
