Ps4 on 9.00 Jailbreak Host Issue

Hello i have a ps4 currently on 9.00.
I previously had it jail broken by going to the health settings and it would redirect to karo host.
I updated my internet and settings changed.
How can i set this up so that it is back to the way it was please?
Also i am asked to update to 10.00 but i ignore it.
Is there a jailbreak out for 10.00?
I see dns settings of 165.227.83.145 and secondary 192.241.221.79 are these correct?

Nope, you shouldn't upgrade further because with ofw 9.00 you're in a stable kernel! As said, the lower the better!

Al-Azif DNS no longer works, you should block your ps4 from connecting to the internet (my router let me block the individual ip address assigned to the ps4) or you will have nothing but problems.
Do not update and delete the 10 update file, if you can find it.

Ok I've just bought a PS4 off my brother.

It's soft modded using a browser/usb hack. I want to remove his profile so it doesn't get banned etc.

Can I delete this and add my own without updating?

Also is it possible to use legit games online like the switch?

I have no experience with the PS4, but have modded the switch, WiFi, Wii 3ds and Oculus meta 2.

If someone can point me to a decent guide that'd be great. What's absolutely essential is I remove all traces of my brother's account so he doesn't get banned as he's 100% official now on all his software.
