I didn't do anything. One friend of mine found it and brought it to me to see if I could fix it

There is some universal unbricker in the works iirc.
wololo.net has more information on it.

But yes, this is probably fixable.
I've already heard of that before. There was a bricker in some pirated PS Vita games and VPK files that actually made your console unrecoverable. They took advantage of the 'vshPowerRequestColdReboot' and 'vshIoMount' commands which gave full permissions to the NAND on your Vita.
