do you still have the problem?
should you install QCMA -> settings -> others? -> enable ignore local psp2updatelist -> use this version for updates (custom) -> write 03.740.000 ->
then download and place the update file (3.74) with its respective name "PSP2UPDAT.PUP" in: documents - PSV Updates
start in recovery mode and install update via PC

PS: the name of the parameters could vary because I am using the program in another language
