Hacking [Q] Is there any way to back up/restore saves of GBA custom VC?

back up/restore feature works on gbc and nes VC. but everytime i try it on GBA vc, it won't work, it's keep telling me there's no save to back up. have tried SDF, no dice. is there any tool that might work or i just can't? thanks in advance.

As far as I'm aware; nobody knows (where the saves are/the format the saves are in). So it's possible, just not with what we know.
