Hacking [QR CODE REQUEST] Irctr qr code?

Hey. I'm trying to download Irctr. 3dsx but my pc would'nt let me.
So i ask if someone can make a qr code for me to download in multidownload please? Thanks you.

If you're using Chrome try just change the http: to https:, https://sanqui.rustedlogic.net/etc/irctr.3dsx

Otherwise QR attached, they're not hard to make just look up 'QR maker' and paste the link in
