Gaming R4i-SDHC RTS Cheat DB Issue

I seem to ran into a problem with the cheat interfaces, the names, folder are being renamed to gibberish.

Here is what i specifically did...

• Downloaded a Pokemon Platinum Games (USA) [Game ID: CPUE-D074D1B3]
• Placed the game in the SD Micro Card, after inserting the card with a specific USB. (This came with the card when i had bought the R4i-SDHC *RTS* package)
• When i loaded it, it had the cheats database in already, but it was gibberish, in most part. (This was from the R4i Kernel 1.85b)
• So i went and found R4CCE and Cheat Code Editor v1.01.
• In which i added cheats on both of these softwares using AR Codes.
• In the end, it did not work...

Here is what i used to make cheats manually...

• R4CCE
• Cheat Codes Editor v1.01
• Pokemon Platinum Version (US)
• R4i-SDHC *RTS*
• SD Micro Card
• USB for the SD Micro Card
• *New* Nintendo 3DS

I hope someone can tell me a fix but if I have posted at the wrong forum, or it already exist.. please lead me there and lock this thread, thanks!
