Raspberry Pi 3B+ Retropie Upgrade?

I'm looking for a hardware upgrade to my Raspberry Pi 3B+ (With Retropie).

Anybody got any suggestions for alternative hardware/solutions for better N64/PSP/Dreamcast emulation and Kodi?

Nvidia Shield TV, it costs more but it does all that superbly.

Also plays Wii, GC, PS2, Naomi, Jaguar, 3DO and more.

I still have my old Pi3 somewhere...

I've been a massive fan of Raspberry Pi's for years, currently using one for an Airplay speaker setup, and got two setup with RetroPie
I shall take a look at Shield TVs, and see what i can do!
