Cracked files run just fine, could be the version your using whichever it's from the Steam one or PC CD version or with mods installed.I assume you will also crash if you have a cracked version of the game files?
- Copy the contents of that new audio folder into /switch/re3/audio - the new wav files should end up next to the other non-wav audio files (mp3).

Then you'll need to get the clean PC CD version instead from LegendsWorldit's the cracked vanilla game from igg-games, added all the files to switch/re3, converted audio files, created game save folder, tried loading with latest version of sx os through regular sx os homebrew menu and applet mode, and holding R while launching a game and it still always crashes as soon as i press "start new game" sx os error 2168-0002
Yep, .mp3 format would not start the game at all since Grand Theft Auto III only looks for .wav formatted filesthe batch file doesnt create mp3 but wav files. and i'm pretty sure if they would be mp3 files, the game wouldnt find them anymore.
"ffmpeg -i %%~nf.wav audio/%%~nf.wav"

You're welcomeYea i figured that the igg version with the silent patch was gonna cause issues so I found a dump elsewhere and now it's finally not crashing. Thanks!
so i copied the game files to re3, ran the game and i had sound effects but when i got in the car, the radio was a glitched out shrinking mess, i converted the audio files, copied over new audio folder, now game has no audio at all.
yea i figured it out, i needed to merge the new one with the original, i just replaced it.Start over with the audio folder, you did something wrong
