Basically, I found no information discussing this about how the homebrew launcher on 3ds stuck to a language. Only problem is that the folder and sd messages are in Japanese, I only read english.

Weird then, try changing the language to something other than english, a language you could mostly read, open homebrew launcher and see if it changed
Edit; One thing you could do if it doesn't work is to use Luma locale switcher and force the homebrew launcher to use english

I have reflexes a cat would be jealous of and a near psychic ability to read people, makes online play feel incredibly unfair. Ironically I have been booted from online servers for being a bot.... Or aim assist lol
