Hacking Homebrew app Region Unlocking On Usb Loader GX

So I'm trying to play a rom of the Hero of the Rails Wii Game (don't ask) on my NTSC Wii. After following YouTube tutorials, none worked and I either got a black screen or a glitched, monochrome screen with the game. I tried setting the game to both Force NTSC and Region Patch (with the latter being the monochrome display) I might be dumb and not have found a solution, but I would like help if i could because I legit have been wanting to play this game since I was 3. Thanks!

What cIOS do you have installed? some don't work well with certain games, try going to the settings, it's set to cIOS 249 by default, change that to another cIOS that you have installed and see if it loads
