Does anyone know if it's possible to fill the catalog like it was for WW? Since I don't know where the catalog data is, I've tried using a for loop to loop through all items in slot 1 to register them, but it just does nothing.

Also the catalogue only registers items when you pick them up and not by them being in your inventory. That's why it done nothing.

I don't like extracting garden_plus.dat from a RAM dump because it always seems to corrupt.
I wrote a code to dump/inject dreams.

of course, it'll come with 4.0 of the plugin when it's ready.

3. text to commands is built in, no need to enable it or anything. I'll post the commands below.

Spoiler: Text To Commands

bis = Repeat the last command.
quench = Water the flowers in your town.
savetp = Save a location.
restoretp = Teleport to the saved location.
midnight = Set time to midnight.
noon = Set time to noon.
morning = Set time to morning.
stalk1 = Teleport to player 2.
stalk2 = Teleport to player 3.
stalk3 = Teleport to player 4.
gorgeset = Give's the player the gorgeous set.
clearinv = Clears the player's inventory.
dupeall = Duplicates the item in the 1st slot to every other empty slot in the player's inventory.
goldset = Give's the player a golden tools set. (Only in latest Beta).

@RyDog is this guy using your plugin or is it some kind of modified version? He uses the Real Time World Edit on the online island. And also how is he able to mix those two accessories and wear them both on his head at the same time? I don't know him personally so I haven't been able to ask, but one of my friends is also friends with him so I'm gonna try and see if I can meet him in their town and hope that he can speak at least a little bit of English.
