@itsRyan can I update my old 3ds (on a9lh) and then go back and redowngrade the browser?? I just noticed you saying you were dumping a dream code there. and its in the new format. so I was wanting to be sure. I wouldn't want to make a mistake or lose my town again somehow and not have a way to get it back myself.

has anyone tried to hack the ConstPack.bin file? if so can anyone help me out? i wanted to make SPNPC Normal NPCs in new leaf welcome amiibo. I got owls to work thus far without needing to mess with ConstPack.bin but i wanted to change the personalities of the spieces i am overwriting with the new models. thanks
