Remove all old title information from previous Nintendo account?

Hi I made a emunand from sysnand with previous titles left over preinstalled. I had unlinked the nintendo account before making the emunand but when I try reinstalling the same game's nsp, I keep getting the "Checking if this title can be played" when I try starting the game. Other games games nsps don't do that. Running latest sigpatches on atmosphere 16.02. How do I fix it?
