I second the Binbok ones. Larger and more comfortable than the official joycons, and with one back paddle on each (which you *can* map to a button from the other side with some help from the Switch's remapping e.g. set Screenshot as an additional A button, then map the left paddle to Screenshot. This also works on the Hori SPP, but as you probably know, those only work in handheld mode). There are some other brands that seem to be pretty much identical: Nyxi, Nexigo &c.
ISTR seeing some fairly plain looking third-party joycons with Amiibo support, but it might have been the GuliKit KingKong 2
