ROM Hack Replacing exclamation voices in Ace Attorney games?

Is it possible? Something like replacing Phoenix's "Objection!" voice clip with the original Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney's voice clip.

Sure. They're in SWARS inside the SDAT.

First convert a wav using WAV2SWAV and then put it inside a SWAR using SWAV2SWAR.
DS Sound Studio can easily replace SWARS in the SDAT;
WAVE_SE0B0 = Phoenix, Objection
WAVE_SE0B1 = Phoenix, Hold It
WAVE_SE0B2 = Payne, Objection

etc.
