Well, a few months ago I bought a replacement Crimson case from DX.
I failed to understand that the DSL has special screws, and not one shop sells those freaking screwdrivers, so I tried using all kind of different screwdrivers, but failed.
Straight after that, I went to order the Triwing screwdriver from DX (and the other one),
but the problem is, the screw that holds the battery cover is way too chafed, due to me using different sized screwdrivers to to open it up, making it impossible to open.

I was planing to bust this up (using a knife or something) so I'll be able to take out the battery and the screw that is under it, but the question is: will I be able to replace the shell? will it come apart? I'm not really sure how this screw is connected to the housing, but I sure hope I'm not screwed.

Thanks for whoever helps, be back in an hour or so

Err... I don't think I have a drill :/
Any other option>?
And if I do break the battery cover so I can take out the battery and the screw underneath it, will I still be able to replace it (the shell all together)?

Use some super glue on the screw head and stick a small screwdriver in it. Wait for it to get dry and start unscrewing!

Do you think it will work?
I don't think that super glue goes really well with metal...

Thanks for the advices btw

I guess I'll try the glue now.

Gotta find a screw now.

EDIT: OK, found one and used the supa glue.
It looks unstable, so I guess I'll leave it over night.
Thanks for the help, hope it works^^
