As the method to get all badges for Nitendo Badge Arcade seems quiet difficult i'm asking is someone could make a save editor, i would be so grateful.

this game is server side , you are asking to download something from nintendo servers illegally , something that will 100% get you banned

Isn't the banning just towards the Badge Arcade or could it block you from eShop and online games?

Play every day for the next 3 years , you can have like 2-3 badge for everyday.

I thought people discovered a way to have more plays? It was a cheat code, unless this one is getting people banned. Other than that the only thing you can do is get somebody else's badge save but it's a little bit complicated to insert it and you will be unable to play.

Or just use homebrew to get the badges. I believe you can insert official Nintendo badges into GYTB. No need for hacking the game itself.
