GCN Rockman X Command Mission files with no extensions

I'm doing an undub of MMX Command Mission and i found a .arc file that contains the voices for the playable characters when they fight (i believe it is, as replacing that .arc file changes the voices and texts from the game).
I asked around on other forums and i managed to extract the files from the 'commone.arc' file with QuickBMS. However, the files don't have extensions. According to what they told me, they don't know if they are raw images or there is some custom headers on the file.

Anyone knows what tool should i use to explore the files from that extracted file?

the commone.arc file is located on the root/data folder.

The game is already all dubbed in Japanese, but adding an opening of the Japanese version will be awesome !!! If you can not change the game itself, try some loader or something to open the opening of the Japanese version ! Right

Try a hex editor, e.g. HxD.
