Rudolphs GBA Backup Tool v0.21

Rudolph has released a new version of his GBA Backup Tool, which is capable of dumping GBA roms and saves to a Slot-1 cart.

The new version seems to fix a bug and uses lowercase letters instead of uppercase letters for the save file.
