Homebrew Run 3DS .sav file (from SD Card) on 3DS PC emulator to generate Pokemons by cheats

Hello people!
I have a 3DS hacked by Luma.
There are any 3DS PC emulator that's runs Pokemon Ultra Sun .sav file?
I wanna use this for generate some pokemons by cheat, save the game on emulator then put the .sav file on 3DS again.

I try Citra, but it have a diferent format to save the game.

I already try to use PKHEX, but when I open the .sav file shows this error message.

The saves are console unique encryption. you cannot use them to pull saves from 3ds to px like that.
