Hacking Running ctgp-r in dolphin?

So I've been attempting to run ctgp revolution through dolphin emulator. Loading the .elf file while emulating the sd card with the files crashes dolphin. Is there any way around this or do I have to use an older version of this? For the record I'm away from my PC right now, so I'll only be able to test different methods tomorrow, I just remembered I had to make this now.

@Giodude You can run 1.02 of CTGp and even other 200+ CT packs as ISO but not 1.03.

While this is bumped, i'm curious. Why not run it on a real Wii? Do you not have one?
