yes the kart comes with version 4.1.0

I have 4.1 and bought Kirby, you can't download the Day 1 update but other than that everything works fine

I have 4.1.0 and the physical copy of Kirby. The game runs fine, but nags for a software update. You can just start software though and ignore the update

no i only got it for the first time after trying to go online

i was not connected to the internet (running 4.1) and it prompted for a software update. But you can just ignore it and play the game.

Yes it nags you every time you open it even when offline.

CAN YOU DOWNLOAD game updates without update switch console's FW? i'm particularity interested in Xeno 2's japanese voice patch. i've FW 3.0.2, but i dont mind update it to 4.1.0

5.0(.1?) is the latest, so probably not. The latest isn't 4.1, all I can say.

I just got my copy and I can confirm it prompts you to download software update even if you're offline, but you can start the software just fine and ignore it.
