Safest DNS to use

What is the most current DNS to use to block Nintendos servers? I want to update my firmware on emunand, but I need the correct DNS settings in order to be able to connect to wifi using my switch. Thanks.

I am using the atmosphere blocks as well as 90dns. Also ran a testing app which proves that Nintendo servers are blocked.

90DNS is a good solution but as stated by Binky the best option is to use DNS-MITM, the guide is very self-explain.
