Is it possible to change the region on your save data via hex editing or some sort of program? I want to play the world ends with you english patched but unsure if i can carry my data over when the games released locally
It totally depends on the individual game. If the save code & the data saved is the same between regions then it will just work, this happens a lot. If there are significant game differences between regions beyond text language then someone would have to devise a specific converter for that game.
