Hardware Save Data

I have a Passcard 3 and a Supercard Mini-SD but want to backup my save games from my real games so that I can play around and not mess anything up. I know there is a program called RAIN which allows you to do this however its all in Japanese and I am unable to understand that. Can anyone please explain the steps in RAIN so that we can all benefit and/or do you have another way.
