You need to register I think to get the save files and trainers. Maybe we could look at adding all the trainers on a seperate page on GBATemp, or I could throw up a lil page with blog on temp webspace!

http://www.retrocovers.com/advanscene/ normally have them (GBA and PSP ones as well), I normally put any DS trainers that appear on my site as well (I have not got metroid on there because I do not want to spread it and I have yet to get the Digimon hacked rom and turn it into a patch).
For the record though IPS is pretty much useless (it uses 24Bit adressing so is effectively limited to 16Mbyte files: DS roms are already at 128MBytes) and patches are done in BSDiff format, Xdelta: http://evanjones.ca/software/xdelta-win32.html and possibly the new NINJA 2.0 in the future.

But Nintendo's GBA video format is different, being that it uses a custom ROM and chipset for rendering, for like the Shrek and Shark Tale titles. Been undumpable for years and years.
