copy all the files from your current SD to a folder on your desktop
insert new SD card into your 3ds, power it on holding Start to enter GodMode9
press Home button look for SD Format menu, format it via that without a EmuNAND
when done, turn off 3DS, put SD card into computer
copy all files back to your SD card from your Desktop
then put back into 3DS

well now seedhelper is a website that does all this for you in 10 to 30 min its a quick method but the website crashed but it will be back up soon its only a temporary crash.
