I did everything right multiple times but when i open the dsi ware it flashes green on the lower screen and hangs on white screen. Anyone knows what's wrong?

the Nintendo3ds folder, Private folder, boot.3dsx, boot.firm and boot.nds.

Make sure you have the most current files for this exploit (boot.nds, boot.firm and boot.3dsx) where boot.nds is the most important one.
Try and copy them again to your SD if you made sure to have the newest binarys.

I can't remember what color the screen should have. What model are you using and where is this one from (EU,US,JP)?

I am using a new 3ds from JP, i used all link from 3ds.hacks.guide and i am pretty sure they are the most current ones, but it just keep hanging on the white screen and there's no troubleshooting for my case anywhere.

Did you load the JPN.zip at https://3ds.hacks.guide/installing-boot9strap-(seedminer)#what_you_need ? (except you used "ほぼ日の健康手帳™" which requires USA.zip)
If not you have to rebuild your dsiware
