It depends on how good you are at following written directions.Read the guide first before following it and study everything if you have to.

First ask yourself, why do I want A9LH? What are your end goals for doing it? If you can't answer that question than no, you shouldn't. Too many people jumping on the CFW bandwagon and the next thread they make is "Now what?".. If you don't know why you want it, you don't really need it right? Unless you just want to be one of those, "Look! I have CFW now!" which is also pointless since anyone can have it now.

Since today morning, I didn't know, what is A9LH. I still don't know, but I have it on my 3DS and can play games for freeeee (also emulators). BTW, this site helped me: https://3ds.guide/
