FIXED! Signature Border

So I've had some trouble finding that line which separates one's post from the signature, and it's really hard to do that unless you look close. So if it's possible, could the admins make that line darker or just ignore what I just said. Thanks!

Divider bar looks fine to me on light and dark theme now.

...and adding to this can we PLEASE LIMIT the area for signatures. So many damned signatures I've seen recently take about 4-5x as much total space as this SINGLE reply OTOH I DO NOT ABUSE signatures...
