Homebrew So, about region changing the Korean Wii...

I've heard many things that region changing a U/E/J Wii to a K Wii will brick the system, because the Korean ones have encrypted keys. However I have a Korean Wii, so would changing my Wii into any other region brick the console? The Korean library is very limited, and I'm looking to build a European library.
