Solder 2ds card to pins?

Hey Everyone!

Would it be possible for me to solder the SD Card to wires, then to the points on the consoles motherboard?

Context:
I found my old 2ds system and removed CFW, wiped and started again, but because of the ages of the system, (almost 8 years old), the SD Card reader broke, and I ordered a new one. While I desoldered the broken one I thought that maybe I would be able to just solder the card into the console while I waited for the new reader to arrive. Delivery could take up to 30 days and I wanted a temporary solution while I wait.

nah, i doubt the 3ds has test points for the sd card on its motherboard. And, i don't think that an sd card would like that much heat.

Why risk damaging your system just so you can have a temporary solution? Just wait until the sd card reader arrives.

    I used to drink alcohol fairly often. Never to the point of it being a problem, but like 2-3 beers with dinner each night, or a few cocktails or glasses of Scotch or something. Started smoking/vaping weed a lot a few years back which killed 90% of my interest in booze. Now I stopped smoking/vaping weed as much and just deal with life the boring way most of the time

    @SylverReZ, atleast the 1999 versión of pico's school is avaliable (the difference between it, the 2006 versión and the 2016 versión is that the speed of the game depends of the speed of your computer and that it had the og soundtrack)
