I have an NTSC SNES model SNS-CPU-RGB-02.

I got a set of capacitors from console5 and performed a recap.

All went well but when I assembled the console it only shows a completely green screen:

I can hear startup sound in games but the picture doesn't change.

I checked the polarity of each capacitor, reapplied solder to all of them and cleaned the board with IPA, but no luck.

I took a digital microscope and checked all the joints, they look fine (photos attached) and I also couldn't find any shorts or missing components on the board.

Can anybody suggest what may be an issue here? Is there anything I could damage or break without noticing?

Yes, I saw that list of possible faults. The only chip I worked near is U8 (CIC) and it seems to work since the games are able to boot.

I also checked the rest of the chips but all of them look fine, and I have newer touched them with soldering iron.

The 62 pin connector seems to also be fine, and the soldering is up to my standards.

There is literally nothing I can see on the board which is wrong.

So I thought that maybe some pin on a certain chip got disconnected while I was working on the board, and decided to reflow all the pins on every chip one by one.
That didn't help, it didn't make thing worse either.

After trying to turn on the board several times I gave up and put it aside.

Then, after several hours, I went back and tried to turn on the board again. It worked, I got an image!

I have no idea what happened there. May it be my capture card or RetroTINK? May it be some floating bug or a badly soldered pin somewhere else?

Anyway, now my console is working fine again and I'm happy!
